Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
How do I return?
- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?
- If possible, please ship your return in its original packaging to protect it from damages during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, it's not a problem. Please ship your return in your own packaging or materials provided by your local courier.
- DO NOT SHIP it using the original manufacturers box or you will be charged a restocking fee from 25%-50% depending on the damage.
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
We do not offer Free Return Labels However we can offer to send you a prepaid return label at your cost.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICIES
We ship all orders from our Southern California warehouse Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2pm PST will start processing the following business day.
Note that all orders placed after 2pm PST on Fridays, Saturday or Sunday will not process until the next business day.
Orders may take 24 hours to process and ship after you have received your confirmation email. (3-5 business days during peak season/holidays for orders with free shipping)
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

International Orders

What forms of Payment do you accept for International Orders?
At the moment, We only Accept Paypal & Amazon Pay.
My Card got charged but didn't get any order confirmation?
Most of the time when it comes to international credit cards your card will most likely get declined and show up as a transaction on your end. However it is a declined transaction and we are unable to anything on our end. It typically takes about 5-10 business days to drop from your bank statement so please be patient. We recommend paying with Paypal to avoid this from happening.
What if my billing address is International but shipping to the US?
We do not accept credit cards with international billing addresses; you must use PayPal or Amazon Pay to complete your checkout.

Do I have to pay Customs or Duty Charges?
All International Orders may and most likely will be subject to Customs Duties, Tariffs, VAT’s and any other fee your country charges.
Check with your Customs Office to clarify what fees will be charged to your order.
Jack’s Surfboards does not incur any of these fees.
FedEx or USPS will charge you these Fees when the package is delivered or picked up.
What If I want to return my order?
International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including exchanges. You will be held responsible for the return shipping costs if the package is sent back for any reason.
My order has incorrect or damaged items, What should I do?
If we have sent you the wrong or damaged item, we will gladly issue a return label and handle your return as soon as possible.
